i offer one-on-one mentorship for those who are seeking support and witnessing. my focus is on holding space for you to discover the unique medicine of your soul through the death of that which no longer serves you. my training is trauma-informed, soul-led, with a focus on decolonization. i help people deconstruct from religious programming and find freedom from the oppressor that sometimes lives in our own minds and psyches. we will learn to stop healing and start witnessing. we will learn softness, kindness, and rest. you contain universes inside of you… complex ecosystems that are just waiting to be explored. our journey together will be all about remembrance. you do not need to learn something new about yourself; you only need to remember who you already are. i will help you discover your gifts and help you connect with the unseen world. i will guide you back to your body, where all the answers already exist. there is no hierarchy here, just two humans.
