MEET TARA ROSE

when i started my training as a death doula, i had no idea it would lead me to where i am today. i offer my medicine to you, as a woman who has crawled through the darkest of valleys and caves. i have come face to face with monsters, internal and external. i have learned who i am and who i am not. initiation into this work looked like utter darkness, and it wasn’t until later that i would discover the darkness was actually a womb.
my work is deeply archetypal, intuitive, and empowering. as a guide, i am here to help others find their own torch as they walk through the darkest of nights. i teach people how to not be afraid of the dark, but to see it for the glorious threshold that it is.
we have been brainwashed by a male dominated culture to see death as negative, the darkness as something to fear. but i have found death and darkness to be the keys to the kingdom of liberation, justice, and truth.
my work is largely focused on decolonization and a reclamation of the indigenous ways.
just as you have a profoundly unique soul with gifts you can bring into this world, you are also part of a larger whole. you are not separate from every living, breathing creature and you are not separate from the earth herself. we belong to one another.
